What are your store hours?

Most locations are open 7:00 to 5:00 Monday through Saturday. However, the Hammond location closes at 1:00 on Saturdays. For current hours at specific locations, please click here.

How long may I keep my rental equipment?

Most items are available for daily, weekly, or 4 week rental periods. Some items may be rented for shorter periods such as four hours.

What is required to rent?

A current Louisiana driver’s license, local phone number listed in your name, and payment for the rental in advance.

Is a deposit required?

On a small number of items a deposit is required. A deposit may also be required if you do not meet all the requirements listed above.

May I reserve my equipment in advance?

Yes. You may call in your credit card number or stop by any one of our locations with payment to reserve an item in advance.

Do you deliver?

Yes. If you are interested in getting a delivery price for an item delivered in Baton Rouge or the surrounding area please call our main store at 225-291-1356 or our Hammond location at 985-345-1210.

Do you offer trailers that I can use to transport the equipment I rent?

Yes. Vehicle restrictions apply. These restrictions are designed to make sure your vehicle and hitch are of sufficient capacity to safely pull items rented.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, or local check. Businesses may also open a charge account and be billed on 30 day terms. For a printable credit application please click here.

What is your refund policy?

We ask that you notify us immediately if there is a problem with your item. In most cases we can resolve the issue, but in the event a store manager determines a refund is due, one will be issued.
